Well sometimes it depends on the the type of shop where you go to get your manicure. If it is a wealthy shop they will acquire more money. But on average i think that the cost of Putting Gel nails on is 40-50 dollars for both hands.
if these were put on professionally, go to the salon and have them do it properly, they will fill them again and then reshape your nails, do not do this yourself, you will ruin the nails and the shape
I'm sure you could put all of the gel in a jar or cup, put the roach inside and drown it.
get gel nails. you can't bite them. (once i bit one off though!) it hurts! You can buy some stuff from chemists to put on them which makes them taste horrible to bite.
Put nail polish on nails all the time.Put hot sauce on nails.Have someone help you and if they catch you biting your nails they can say something about it. I would recommend someone like a best friend or a close relative. If you are old enough and can afford it, get either a gel overcoat or nails.Dip the tips of your fingers in fish oil, it'll stop you from biting your nails because it'll taste disgusting.
The key to taking off gel nails is to soak it in really hot water for a few minutes and they should peel right off, However it is normal for a few nails to stay on. If that should happen using a cuticle stick gently move the cuticles back. Then using the pointed end loosen the rounded part of the nail, soak in more hot water and then you can remove it from the bottem end. the glue that is left over will wear off in a few days.
You can buy fake nails at a drug store like Walgreen's for like $5-15 or you can get acrylics (fake nails that professionals put on you) at the mall for about $12-20
You can file them off, soak them off with acetone, or put an acetone soaked cotton ball on the nails and then wrap them with foil for 30 minutes until you can remove them with a cuticle pusher or orangewood stick.
My friend put band aids on her finger tips. It helped her to stop because she didn't like biting band aids. Or you can also purchase a special nail varnish for your nails that has a bad smell/taste to stop you from biting your nails.
