If you have a crush on someone, and they start to avoid or ignore you, first of all, they're probably just feeling awkward. A boy in my school (i am in middle school, and today is the last day of school! Woo hoo!) OK so a boy in my school has had a crush on me since the beginning of the school year, and I know thet has liked me since first sight, (no to brag, but I'm a very attractive girl, one that, well, is born to be a model, no lie.) OK, so he has liked me the whole year, and I know that because in my second period class, he passed me a note with a heart on it, no words. He smiled, and this boy next to him said that he saw Jacob writeing it. (Jacob is the boy that likes me.:P), and he kept trying to get my attention, I mean, that's what you do. You try to get your crush's attention. Well, he was trying really hard, and yes, I was friendly, but I just didn't feel the same way towards him. If he had been a boy I had liked, I probably would have at least felt different. But I felt kind of nervous because he liked me so much, and i knew he was working up the courage to to ask me out, and I was afraid that when I would say no, he would be hurt, and would dislike me for hurting him. So, I started to avoid and ignore him. I was also afraid that if I was too friendly, he would think I liked him, and I didn't want that. I didn't even really want to be his friend. So, I didn't mean to be mean by doing those things, I just didn't want things to be messed up. So, those of you who are boys out there and are reading this, please understand a girl's point of veiw of a situation like this. If a girl you like avoids you, just take it that she doesn't want to be. Or, she might like you, and is avoiding you because she is so nervous. When I am around a boy I like, I just get so nervous like I could melt. I feel excited, and sometimes tingy, or tickly. So, I am just afraid that the next time I'm around my crush that I would get so nervous that I would mess up, trip on my shoe or something, and embarass myself. I know the truth is that Tripping or messing up is normal, no biggy, and you might be thinking, "Hey, this Allison writeing would get afraid of messing up, which is no biggy." But let's face it. If you were in the same position, maybe you would understand.
