Within a marriage would it be considered cheating to frequent strip clubs occassionally?

If all you are doing is watching then no it shouldn't be considered cheating. But id look at the reasons why the man is frequentring these strip clubs. Does he find his wife less attractive than he used to? is he becoming bored of the marriage? or are the motives innocent?

AnswerLegally speaking, no, it isn't. But, this is an issue that the couple needs to discuss. The husband and the wife might not see eye to eye on this. She may question his fidelity and feel jealous and he may feel that looking does no harm. I would say that if you are worried how the court might react then don't worry, it doesn't look good but it is technically legal. If you are worried how your wife might react then there is only one person who can answer that question. Are we assuming it's the guy?Not sure how you "frequent" a strip club "occasionally"...but it sounds like you and your spouse need to sit down and discuss just why one of you feels the need to visit these places. An open and honest discussion may reveal issues that can be worked out together, or perhaps just understanding the need to participate in this activity will make it, if not acceptable, at least not so threatening.
