You should be worried about your mental health if you begin to feel depressed/suicidal on a regular basis or if you start experiencing feelings that are out of character for you, such as extreme paranoia or obsessions about things/people. Also if you find yourself becoming very forgetful it would be no harm in making an appointment to see your doctor.
