Most horses can be caught with a soft rope around the neck. If the horse tries to escape, let it go until you can find a halter however. Do not knot the rope around the neck or you may lose it. Bridling a horse is a lot harder than putting a halter on, and some horses may react badly if they are not trained to accept a bridle. You or the horse may be hurt, and the bridle may be damaged. Less is usually best.
depends on how good your roping skills are, i would suggest to bring along a bridle and lead so once you have caught the horse, you can put it on and lead your horse.
definetly not chains!
None of those, you simply go behind the horse when she stops and press A then hold on with the numchuck and down below on the tv it should show you
Soft rope.
To lead a horse you would use a halter and lead rope. The lead rope attaches to the halter.

halter traing is ground work, and teaching a young horse to lead on a halter.
No, you should not. The horse can get caught of something in the pasture or pen, and also if the halter is too tight it can rub bare spots on the horses face, and if left on too long and too tight it the skin can start to grow over the halter. If the horse is hard too catch, you need to practice catching the horse so it wouldn't be a problem, however the halter should not be kept on the horse loose on pasture.
For howrse, it is false. (I would know, I just took that quiz and got 8 out of 8!) It's not good because the howrse could get hooked on something, and other horses can grab it and yank it to bully the horse. Some people do leave the halter on though, because they believe that if there were a fire or something, they could easily catch them. That's probably not right though, because if there were a fire in the pasture, I'm sure the horse would be smart enough to get out of there without being caught. Also, if the pasture is big, the horse could easily run. Just use a rope to catch your horse and then put the halter on.
Halters are the most used horse tack! Before you do anything with horses, you should know about it. Halters are how you lead the horse. You use a halter whenever you lead a horse or tie it up. The lead rope attaches to the halter and is what you hold and tie it with.
The D shaped, metal ring on the side of a horse's halter.
The most famous Quarterhorse halter horse is probably "Impressive"
