If it's a similar bodystyle, all doors from a 1980-1990 Caprice would be interchangeable.
If the pump is full, then it is either the belt is not tight enough or the pump itself has bad bearings in it. Russell

In the '95-'96 caprices there was a 4.3 or if you have an ex-cop car there is a 5.7 h.o.
Any door from a 1977-79 Caprice/Impala would fit (assuming it's a similar bodystyle)

You'll have to pull the steering wheel and tilt assembly apart to repair this. You will require some specialized tools to make this repair. If you're not that competent with doing your own repairs, I would suggest taking it to the dealer for service on this. It will probably run you about $125 or so.
Depending on what parts you need, just about any Caprice parts from a 1980-1990 would work on an 84, or an 80-85 Impala.
