Well it really depends on what your preferences are and what your size is if you like babyish diapers and have a waist size 30-35 inch waist pampers cruisers size 7 should fit unless you are bigger I don't know
Ummmmm, why don't you just use adult diapers like Depends®. They aren'te as cute but you could totally add some stickers of cartoons to the adult ones
