This is not a yes or no kind of question. You really need to look at it in a case by case situation. Beagles are great family pets and are very good with children. That said... beagles, especially puppies, are stubborn and can be difficult to train. They require a regular routine and constant correction during the young years to keep them well behaved and happy. It is my opinion that a 10 year old would not have the patience or attention span to properly deal with a beagle puppy and in the end would be disappointed that the puppy is not behaving in a likeable manor. This will most likely result in you having to deal with training. Oh course this is not necessarily true with all children. I will point out that Beagles are one of the most common puppies to be returned, the main reason being that the owners do not realize the work involved with beagle puppies. This is unfair and not a good situation for the puppy either. They are not usually recommended for first time dog owners or kids.

Beagle are a great breed and make a great companion for a family but take some time and do some good research in to the behavior of Beagles to make a good informed decision as to weather a Beagle is right for your family.
You should feed your 6 month puppy a good, high quality puppy food until it is one year of age. I would suggest Purina Puppy Chow or Science Diet Puppy food.
no because he would get sick from the heat and die.
My wife and I got a male "puggle" when he was six weeks old, so I know all about a tiny, tiny puppy. I would recommend this type of puppy to a family with energy and patience. He demanded our attention, but was quick to give back love and affection. With that said, he would also be great with children and adults. Our "puggle" has loved children from day one. He would run in the backyard with the neighbor children and completely enjoyed it. He also made quick friends with my mother and stepfather, who are both in their 60's. The puppy you are talking about would be great with any family, but just be ready for the energy.
About 5 Year
personnaly.... NO! if cats don't get on with dogs, then why would 3 cats get on with a puppy??!!
NO
After one year of puppy food, unless you have a food that states it's good for all ages.
You should stop feeding your dog puppy food when it reaches about 1 year. A typical puppy will reach adult size when its about 8-12 months.
Two words, clicker training.
Your dog may be climbing the fence, we had a beagle puppy no more than seven weeks old that constantly climbed out of her five foot pen.
