If you are male, then you seriously need to talk to your parents about sex, because only women have a period when they produce an egg (if a woman would please fill this part out, I'd appreciate it, thanks). If you are female, then same thing, because only males produce sperm, through their testicals. Basically, the question is an oxymoron, to my knowledge you cannot have both a period and release sperm. If you really are having both, I would recommend seeing a doctor.
