it depends on the age of the "man" Scientifically, no. A pedophile is attracted to prepubescent children. A man attracted only to 13 and 14 year olds is attracted to adolescents. He's an ephibophile. Most adults are capable of feeling sexual attraction to adolescents, but it's very rare to be exclusively attracted to them, and most adults don't act on feelings towards adolescents, since they know it's not appropriate and there are plenty of other people to fulfill themselves with.
