The perch's eyesight is normal meaning it has to rely on it sense of smell to detect predators. Remember a lot of the picture for a perch is in its BLIND SIDE, IE. under and behind. In nature every prey has a natural protection against predator. If not both would not survive. If the predator ate all of its prey it too would not survive as it would have no food source. Nature does not defeat itself.
Since they are both aliens it is hard to say which would come out on top. But if you consider that Predator is a skilled hunter it is natural to assume that he would evade Alien long enough to get in the first shot and win the contest.
First there was the film PREDATOR followed by PREDATOR 2 then there was Alien vs Predator and recently Alien vs Predator Requiem has been released

The train whistle or the red warning lights flashing is the first warning signal of an approaching train on a level crossing. At many railroad crossings, the stop arm would be blocking access to crossing the tracks.
