Potentially. Depends on the individual circumstances. Asperger syndrome often means we give huge attention to detail and often are very careful about getting things right. Often we can concentrate for huge amounts of time on something we find of interest. We tend to be honest and loyal. All of those things can be useful traits. But of course everyone is an individual, so I am generalising. It's a different brain design, not a fault, so I'd say don't let it be a barrier to the normal interview process.
