Plugged catalytic converter?
Could be a plugged fuel filter or a plugged catalytic converter.
It really is not safe to leave a AC adapter plugged in. If not using I would unplug it.
Could be, A plugged fuel filter, A damaged/plugged catalytic converter, Fuel pump failure,
Plugged fuel, air filter, or catalytic converter can cause that.
Heater core is leaking. Air Conditioner drain hose is plugged.

No it would not only a bad (ICM) Ignition control module or a bad injector would...
the antenna wire may not be plugged in all the way
It could be a plugged fuel filter. Or a plugged catalatic converter. Or a weak coil
Change the fuel filter, it may be plugged up.
That would be a bad thing. About the only way it could happen would be if one side got plugged up with sludge. Not likely.
