Well, it would have to be a nickel (5 cent) because the Indian head gold coins were discontinued in 1933 and the Indian head penny in 1909.
A flea market dealer would probably give you about 10 cents for it.
There is no such thing as a 1799 nickel. The first nickel coins were not minted until 1866. Therefore, if someone claimed to have a 1799 nickel, it would likely be a counterfeit or a misidentified coin.
No such coin exists. The US nickel would not be minted until 1866. Before that, the 5 cent coin was the silver half-dime and even then, the coin had nothing on it that bore resemblance to an American Indian. And the Indian head penny wouldn't be minted until later than 1853.

Yes nickel is a cation. the formula for Nickel would be Ni+ for Nickel II it would be Ni+2 and for Nickel III it would be Ni+3
