Yes. If the owl is large enough and the mongoose is small enough the owl could catch and eat the mongoose. Unfortunately, the mongeese are a very fast species with incredibly fast reflexes.

It would be extremely unlikely that the two would ever meet, but on the chance they did the coyote might consider the mongoose a potential meal; assuming it could be caught...

No, coyotes are found in North America and the mongoose is from Africa. They never meet.
