I believe my mum used to make this, 1 tin of light evaporated milk( kept in fridge at least overnight)and two jellys.( she used the diet version)

Make up the jellys using only half a cup of water, cool them whip the cool jelly and cold milk till frothy. refrigerate then serve

Carnation milk is made by Nestle so my guess would be no. If you want organic evaporated milk you can make your own or buy organic evaporated milk at a health food store or Amazon.
