It really depends upon how much they are trained and which moves they know. Mewtwo is stronger but Mew is more skilled. Presumably, if Mewtwo calmed down a bit and trained more, Mewtwo would have the advantage.

Mewtwo is the best ledgend ive seen! and he could control supermans mind! so Mewtwo Are you kidding me?!?! Mewtwo is a Pokemon. Superman is a person with only one weakness; Kryptonite. I highly doubt that Mewtwo would have Kryptonite, or even know that that's Superman's weakness! Well, superman can go at several times faster than light and has resisted being mind attacked by a star, so he should be able to take mewtwo out before mewtwo can mind affect him.
