There are over a hundred toons with the maximum laff of 137. This laff is obtained by completing all of the required toontasks, and by "maxing" all four bossbot HQ, fishing, kart racing, gardening, and Golf. There are probably thousands more with at least 130 laff.

Toontown takes a monthly fee for full membership, or you can go to toontown.co.uk and create a trial account if you have not done so already, or you can attempt to re-register.

No One WOULD possibly give a MEMBER account to anyone. This is against the terms oof use that peoe agree to when they join Pixie Hollow, its basically a contract.
