Bill Kaulitz' motto is what he says always before he performs the song "don't jump" - "Whatever happens, belive in you, belive in tomorrow, belive in love" .

No, and your probably thinking about Bill. He wasn't going to kill himself, it was in a music video, Spring Nicht or in English Don't Jump. It is a video about Bill showing how he doesn't want teenagers to commit suicide so he wrote the song.
if it is cold, jump in some water
no u will just be wet
Trying to Jump Her Board Bill - 1898 was released on: USA: July 1898
yes
You are cold when you are wet because of the chill the wet gives up, if you jump into a ocean in the winter, you'll be freezing.
Don't Jump (aka Spring Nicht in German) is an anti-suicide song. Bill Kaulitz (the lead singer/song writer) doesn't want to see more teens commit suicide so he wrote this song. They claim it as their 'Most Important' song, and for what it is, it is an important song. In this song, Bill trys to persuade the person who wants to Jump not to, but in the end fails to. The last 2 lines of the song indicate that cos he has failed to stop you, he will jump for you 'And If all that can't hold you back, then I'll jump for you'. But in the videos, the German version, the guy (who is Bill) jumps, and the English video, he doesn't, but at the end of each video, they put the part when a tear falls in reverse, this shows that Bill has succeeded. Hope I have helped =] It's about, a part of the Bill wants to commit suicide but the other part needs to save him before it's too late.
Try to sit down when they try to get you. If you jump they will knock you of the ice and you will say. Ah! Cold Cold Cold
No, the GI Bill is crap. They tease you with all these promises of money for college, but you have to jump through hoops to get it.
