Very likely you could lose custody of your under-12 child if you leave him/her at home alone. You could be charged with child endangerment and prosecuted.
That would depend on the child's ability to care for himself or herself, it's just the same as leaving any other child alone for the night, if he or she in intelligent enough to care for him or herself then it's fine. I wouldn't recommend leaving a child at a young age alone for the night though no matter whether they did or didn't have the condition.
depends on the age of the child 10+ should be fine but, it also depends on the maturate level of the child has
yaa breathing in airplane for a 13 year old child is fine if the child is not under a medical treatment.
Yes. As long as the child is not ordering alcohol, they should be fine.
If you kidnap a child you would be charged with child indangermeant and probably a few other things.
If the child is retardes, you can just tape their mouths shut and throw them over a bridge. If you child is just disabled, like blind, deaf, or mute, then they are fine by the time they are 12.
It depends what your child is like, as this play is not for the fainthearted. This play should be fine for a child under fourteen as long as they are not easily frightened, or jumpy. You should have no problem taking a child under fourteen to this play......I hope that you enjoy it!
Yes. There is actually no age definitions in Ontario for a child to be left alone. A child can be left alone if they have the maturity to be able to handle it. This directly from CAS. However, they aren't to be left overnight alone only for short times during daylight hours. Their website states: At what age can a child be left home alone? The Child and Family Services Act does not identify an age when a child can be left alone, or an age at which a child can supervise or babysit other children. The Act recognizes that age alone is not a sufficient safeguard for the supervision of children. The Act says that a person who has charge of a child less than 16 years of age cannot leave the child without making provision for his/her care or supervision that is reasonable under the circumstances. Anyone who contravenes this provision is guilty of a provincial offence and if convicted is liable to a fine of up to $1,000 and/or imprisonment of up to a year. In addition, the Criminal Code of Canada includes the offence of abandoning a child. Everyone who unlawfully abandons or exposes a child who is under the age of 10 years, so that its life is or is likely to be endangered, or its health is or is likely to be permanently injured is guilty of an offence that carries a penalty of imprisonment of not more than two years. If you're unsure as to whether it's okay to leave your child home alone, please consult with your local Children's Aid Society -- you don't have to give your name, or any identifying information. http://www.oacas.org/childwelfare/faqs.htm#alone
uhh. . . you would really have to Specify - alone- if you are in you're room with him and alone, knowing that your boyfriend would feel weird knowing you were alone, then its a problem. if you guys are just hanging out, nothing flirty or out of the blue...then its fine i suppose
Depends on the laws of THAT state. I would be more concerned about jail time than a fine.
ione fine
Kentucky law classifies stealing received property under $300 as a Class A misdemeanor. You would be charged with a fine of $500.
