For me I think Lugia wins as long as you got it when it was at level 45 or if you teach it some more water type moves.

Ho-oh and Lugia are part flying, and would also be defeated by Pikachu. Your Machamp most likely will not stand a chance after one or two hits, but your typhlosion might beat it. In other words, you've neglected to train your Snorlax and Vaporeon (though vaporeon is useless on Pikachu).
