No it would hurt them. Making someone vomit is harmful. I think you might be thinking about the drug "Antabuse" which causes the person to become violently nauseated if they drink any more alcohol. That medication does help people stop drinking.
Vomiting your birth control pill is not effective. Please get help -- using ipecac is dangerous.
Some people use their fingers to help them vomit. Others will use syrup of ipecac.
i would like to get help please
My aunty is a major alchoholic and my mam helps her by occupying her, inviting her over for tea, just to keep her from going out.
Yes.
Perhaps the best thing for you to do would be to talk to your parents about your concern for you weight. It would be far better if they would help you get in touch with a good exercise coach and/or weight loss doctor. Ipecac can kill you the very first time you use it, becaues it messes with your heart. That's why the benefits of using it (such as using it to treat a case of accidental poisoning) MUST outweigh the risks of permanent heart damage or death.
That argument would probably not be persuasive. However, other help is available to people who abuse alcohol and can be very effective.
I am not sure if drinking vinegar helps to lower cholesterol. But, I do know that you can do a search on the computer to find out. It would taste nasty!
I would not count on it.
Addiction rehab would be an option for you because there is usually people there that are in the same boat as you are in. They are all there to get help with drinking related problems.
Ways to help a family member with a drinking problem is by being there for them, offer to get help for them and no matter what, don't enable them!
why would you only take a couple hits, and no of course not
