It depends on your nationality. If you are an EC citizen there is no legal reason to bar you from living and working in the UK. If you are from any other country, you will need a work permit, which isn't easily available. However, accommodation and work are both in short supply, wherever you are from. So in answer to your question, relocation to the UK could very well be a problem.
