Life underground and underseas, would be safe, and above, we would need a mayor supply of Vitamins, mostly B 12, since this helps us protect our nerves, which would be greatly affected by the lost ions inside the atmosphere. Probably a lot of people would have heart attacks, and suffer from nervous related problems, like if they were in a terrible constant hangover, hallucinations, loss of memory, paranoia, etc. Forget about TV, radio or internet, as well as cheap electricity or safe fuels. No international flights or ships since all navigation systems rely mostly on compasses, which would stop working and spin like crazy, we would probably go back to the middle ages.
