Probably. An auto store would know for sure.
The Purolator oil filter L10111 fits several cars. A few of them would be the Buick Century, the American Motors Concord, Eagle and Spirit, the Asuma GT and SE, the Buick Electra, Lacrosse, and LaSabre.
Plugged air filter? Plugged fuel filter? Plugged catalytic converter? Weak fuel pump?
The oil capacity for an oil and filter change is 4.5qts. If you choose to not change the filter it would only be 4.0qts of oil. qts=quarts.
It is under the front passinger side where they would put their feet bolted to the under caridge
Most likely, the fluid is low, or the filter is dirty.

If it has a carb then it would be in the carb, usually where the fuel inlet is.
Depending on the mileage, and if you are having issues, your best option would be to change the transmission fluid/filter. I would not recommend additives or flushing.
Blown fuse, defective fuel pump relay, or clogged fuel filter.
Try changeing the fuel filter,I had the same problem and it helped.
