There is such thing as catnip (catmint), or marigold, but I'm not sure if they actually do the things they tell you they do.

However I think that the Erins would do the things that would make a bit sense...

The herbs definitely exist but do not treat yourself with them!

different answer: Actully i got a scratch from my cat and i used ferns 2 clean out my wound, cobwebs 2 patch it up then used marigold 2 stop infection...this happened yesterday and my scratch is now healing up! so i would say do NOT eat any herbs but feel free 2 try them on a wound/scratch/cut.

I'm not sure, but I think Erin Hunter did her research. Poppy seeds, for example, actually do make you drowsy (but it would take a LOT to actually affect someone - more than you would find on a bagel).

No, warrior herbs like those mentioned in fiction or folklore do not have proven effects in real life. It's important to rely on scientifically-backed treatments and remedies for any health issues.

I wouldn't use any of them. Inside the warrior cats field guide, Erin Hunter says the same thing. (Well, Leafpool is the narrator, but you get the point)
