Yes, it's possible for them to stop liking you, but in that long time the person could find someone else prettier and better and all those other things. So you have to make sure you see eachtother often, why not invite your boyfriend/girlfriend to go to the movies with you or the town pool? Spend lots of time together then he/she will be stuck on you and ignore every other girl/boy that comes and wants to be together.
