This is a tough battle. Hulk beat Iron-Man in size and strength but Iron-Man's ability to fly gives him an advantage. They are both really smart. You might agree with me when I say: Iron-Man, (being a billion-aire) might be able to buy the parts needed to kill or at least take down the hulk. But hulk is a not a billion-aire but might be able to create something to hack into Iron-Mans suit. If they both fight to the death they would possibly kill each other.
