The light switch may be bad and does not know that the car is on. It may be the warning bell that you get when you turn off the car and leave the lights on.
A: Good chance. Is the door ajar light on? Most likely a door sensor is bad and is saying that door is open thus interior light is on. On a Taurus I sprayed carb cleaner into sensor to clean it. Or brake cleaner. Do so at your own risk but it worked for me.
probably the fuse is blown.

Headlights might stay on in a Honda Odyssey after the engine is turned off because of a courtesy timer. The headlights will stay on for a few seconds after exiting the vehicle so the driver can go into a building at night safely. If the headlights are staying on all the time, check the timer for this feature.
Check fuses if there is one specific for the lights (not interior) Find it funny that both would burn out at the same time so would imagine it is in the switch.
pretty easy really, make sure your interior lights are not turned on. Your headlights control should also be the interior light controller. Turn it clockwise or counterclockwise to turn your interior lights off. You'll run your battery down if you dont

It sounds like a blown fuse or a bad head light switch
Headlights,interior lights stop working.checked all fuses. I would suspect the headlight switch and/or the electrical connection at the headlight switch is faulty.
a weak battery would most likely be the problem. if that doesnt work, have your alternator checked.
Press dome override button 3 or 4 times till you here a beep to put headlights and interior lights back on auto

You would not drive it at night or when the law says you must display headlights.
