i think so.
china was the first country to disobay the orders of the league of nations. if America was involved then maybe they would have taken action, with both France and Britain, that wouldn't get involved before, because of rising levels of hatred in the minds of both France and Germany.
America made the league of nations, hoping that everybody would follow but as soon as people saw that one country could get away with breaking the rules of the league other countries followed suit.
which is why Germany left the league..then only 2 days later declared war and started the invasion of Poland (the land they lost after World War 1)
this was a time of a desperate country in which no-body trusted the leaders and a contry that was suffering on a msiive economic scale.
Hitler promised to make everything right, which of course, the German people loved, at the cost of 6 million innocent Jews, and millions of soldiers

Not a lot. The notion that the League could have saved the world from another war is absurd. It had no armed forces and its effectiveness was subject to western powers which themselves weren't much interested in stopping aggression that didn't directly threaten them. The League actually did much of value, but stopping great powers from initiating wars was entirely beyond its means. Europe failed the League rather than vice versa.
