Dependent on the quantity and engine type ie petrol or diesel. I' m not going to ask how that happened but if it is a small amount then it shouldn't. If your tank is close to empty , just drain the tank and accept the loss of fuel.
Approach the washer fluid manufacturer/distributer and they may be able to help you.
If the product is water based and the engine is petrol, there was an old trick used to absorb the water that often used to be found at the bottom of tanks.
You pour a liter of methylated spirits in to a full tank of fuel.
The water is absorbed by the spirits and burn't along with the petrol. I have used this system several times over the years and have had no noticeable adverse effects.
