Only if the tires were made of molybdenum.
You can not swim through lava. It is too hot.
The solidified lava forming the walls of the lava tube will act to insulate the molten lava. It will therefore cool more slowly than lava at the surface and so will have a lower viscosity (it will be more runny) and so will flow faster than lava at the surface.
long term effects wouldn't be able to get in to houses because of the lava which had coated them. wouldn't be able to grow any thing because the ground would be covered in ash, lava.

If you mean 'how does lava release itself from the volcano', it erupts through the volcano's crater. But if you mean 'how does lava erupt from the volcano', then sorry, I have no answers to that.
No, swallowing lava would be extremely dangerous and likely fatal. Lava can reach temperatures of over 1,000 degrees Celsius, causing severe burns and damage to the throat and internal organs. Additionally, the toxic gases released by the lava would also be harmful to ingest.
no
Lava can't go through anything that has a melting point higher than its current temperature. Magma is the same as lava except it is underground. If the pressure of an object is increased, then its melting point will also increase, so lava might not be able to go through plastic under certain conditions which will never occur.
