I think if truth be told, we are ALL friends with someone with ADHD. Why would that make a difference anyway?
ADD, or attention deficit disorder is a disorder that makes someone loose attention. You could use attention deficit.
Attention Deficit Disorder makes it hard for someone to focus on one thing. Before you take in what is in front of you, your "attention" is diverted to something else. Some people claim it is a gift.
They can be. The only difference between someone with ADD (attention deficit disorder) and someone without that condition is that the person with ADD may get distracted more easily. Smartness has nothing to do with it.
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) is when you have trouble concentrating on one thing at a time. Your mind wanders easily. People have an ongoing joke about it where someone will be talking then randomly look off and say "Hey look! A Butterfly!" in the middle of their sentence. This is because that's actually how quickly your train of thought can change if you have ADD.
The thoughts are probably not entirely about the trivial thing, but are part of a larger mental condition. Intrusive thoughts are common with conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and attention-deficit disorder. If you have such thoughts, you should schedule a visit to a professional therapist or even a psychiatrist to see what's causing them.
Attention Deffiset Disorder also known as ADD
An EEG currently cannot diagnose ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, another name for ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). It can tell whether or not there are any areas of the brain that are concerning for seizures or a lack of activity, but they are not diagnostic of this condition. They have started trying to use them to predict ADHD behaviors, but this is in the research phase. I would suggest you see a physician and get tested for ADHD in the normal fashion.
zero why would you bully someone when you want friends, besides most bullies do it for the attention.
Talk to someone that can help you, like ur friends and parents...
Despite what friends and family may say, eating disorders are not a "phase", or a sign of attention. An eating disorder is a true condition that requires medical and professional treatment. A general practitioner and psychiatrist are needed to tackle and solve the root of the eating disorder, then help someone affected with it from relapsing back into it or managing it as best as possible.
A child with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, not to be confused with ADD or Attention Deficit Disorder) may seem to have an inability sit still. They generally lack social skills, but they may have a high IQ and be very bright. However, they have trouble demonstrating their intelligence since they are unable to concentrate on school work or any type of work that doesn't interest them. ADHD and ADD are often confused with laziness. They are very different things, but may appear similar. I have ADD, and it is not just difficult, but impossible to keep my mind on something that doesn't interest me when I'm not on my medecine. However, when I take my medicine, I become a workaholic. However, I lose my creativity, and it is hard to have fun or have a casual conversation with someone. -DJ Craig
