Well i wouln't because I'm a boy and i like Girls so you know no matter what age the boy is i still wouldn't choose to go out with him but anyway,
I am 14 and well with a bit of luck I'll have a girlfriend (who is also bbe 14) in about 6 or 7 weeks so you know 13 or 14 not much difference but if you like him then well why not ask him out and go out with him assuming he likes you but be careful what ever you do Relationships can be a dangerous things as i know and well as i was saying before about luck well i wish you it but it hardly if ever rubs of on me.
