Whether or not you will have a television in the seat in front of you on an airline has nothing to do with the destination (e.g. Turkey), but rather the airline that you choose (e.g. American Airlines) and the length of time of the flight (e.g. longer than four hours). If you are flying from the US on a major airline, it is very likely, given the length of the flight and character of the airline that you will get TVs in the seats. Of course, the best way to find out would be to check what model of plane (e.g. Boeing 767) you are going to fly in before buying the tickets and then research the specifications on that type of plane.
