But do take the dog to the vet if the cold is there more than 2 days I would wait a few days....................if it keeps getting wose then take him or her to the vet. I WOULD WAIT 1 OR 2 DAYS TO TAKE HIM/HER TO THE VET BECAUSE THEY COULD HAVE A MINOR COLD THAT COULD BE TREATED ON YOUR OWN BUT IF HE/SHE SHOWS MORE SERIOUS SYMPTOMS IMMEDIATLY TAKE HIM TO THE VET.
