An army Fitness program is merely a type of branding. To actually get that type of training, I would suggest looking up personal trainers that have military or army experience.

I believe it is the the U.S. Army Physical Fitness School that designed the Army's new Physical Readiness Training Program. I am pretty sure that research was conducted by The U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine, the U.S. Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine and the Army Physical Fitness School.
