Try to check with auto-body shops in your area about tires they are discarding. You may be able to find some for free! Another option would be craigslist.org. You can post an ad for tires that people would otherwise dispose of.
I would first check out your local ads to see who possible has tires on sale. Les Swab is always one of the best tire centers around for good prices on tires.
you need to check your motor mounts and the balance of your tires. tires first
I would check with A+ Tires and batteries off of 6th and Central st. According to Google they have the best prices.

I would say the best places to purchase 16.5 tires for a cheap price would be your local auto shops. They actually sell used tires that look like new for good prices. But if you want brand new tires you would have to check around in places liek Walmart that sell them.
Your local yellow pages would be a good place to start. Most automotive repair shops would be able to change tires. Specialized tire retailers would also change tires. You might even check with some of the large discount stores in your area because they often sell and install tires.
I would check online such a Craigslist or EBay and try to find a trusted individual near you that may have some for sale. You can also check your local tire dealership and see if they buy used tires and resell them.
