Persons who have the gift of garb, are great orators, and have an excellent command of language can use words to entice and persuade others to believe false information. Therefore, in organizations, beware of being fed false information by those who have slick speech and are great orators, since they can use language to feed you a fallacy.

As the major functional areas in many companies are composition of the production/operations, marketing, human resources, accounting, and finance departments, traditional information systems are designed within each functional area to support the area by increasing its internal effectiveness and efficiency. However, as some traditional information systems hierarchical might differed from others, smaller systems, integrated/independent, interfacing, and support at different levels are shared major characteristics they have in common. As reference the makeup, a functional information system consists of several smaller information systems that support specific activities performed in the functional area. Formal organization is a fixed set of rules of intra-organization procedures and structures. Managers must gather as much factual information as they can before making a decision. Every decision a manager makes effects organization behavior. If a manager makes negative decisions the employees will not be satisfied. Unsatisfied employees equal less company productivity. Managers must acknowledge that every person has biases. Managers must also understand people invent their own perception. The perception of others often leads to judging others.
