Flamingos are not native to Florida and do not produce offspring. Most of the pink birds you see in Florida are Roseate Spoonbill.
Pink flamingos do actually get their pink color from eating shrimp and other foods that have the same chemicals that are found in carrots. Their body stores pigments in the skin and feathers from what they eat.
The cheapest, but not the fastest, way to buy plastic pink flamingos on the web and the most reliable place is eBay. You can check the seller's rating to see how honest they are, so the quality is in the sellers, not the website, but it is the best place to buy anything, including plastic pink flamingos, on the web.

no of course not why would people kill flamingos they are pink and pretty Sadly the person who put the first one on just thought that because they had good feelings towards them means that other people wouldn't see that as an opportunity to make money selling them stuffed and plus flamingos can damage crops in areas they inhabit
A flamingo's usual or main color is pink but you may see some yellow ones
"Young flamingos hatch with grey plumage, but adults range from light pink to bright red due to aqueous bacteria and beta carotene obtained from their food supply. A well-fed, healthy flamingo is more vibrantly coloured and thus a more desirable mate. A white or pale flamingo, however, is usually unhealthy or malnourished. Captive flamingos are a notable exception; many turn a pale pink as they are not fed carotene at levels comparable to the wild. This is changing as more zoos begin to add prawns and other supplements to the diets of their flamingos." ~ Excerpted from the Wikipedia article on Flamingos
Flamingos are pink. Plastic flamingos are very common -- millions are produced each year. In fact, you see huge amounts of them used for "flamingo flocking" fundraisers. So they are getting more common all the time. Plastic flamingos are best known for their Americana pop culture. Some websites like plastic-flamingos dot com are well known sources for plastic flamingos. Most are pink and stand between 30" to 33" tall.
Probably not, but you can probably see 1000000 flamingos from an airplane.
Other then in zoos, you would need the to go to the Keys during a specific time of year to see the wild flamingos. Due to Human encroachment and over population most wild flamingos are no longer in Florida like they once were.
Flamingos do not eat humans. They eat a lot of shrimp, also mollusks, plankton, crabs, small fish and insect larvae. They also eat some plants like grass shoots and algae. As to whether they *could* eat a human... I suppose it is possible, but only if someone ground up a human and fed it to a flamingo in tiny, tiny pieces. Which would of course also be gross, unethical, and illegal.
