I don't know why you added this one to Birth Control pill when you are very well aware of that Cytotec is used in abortion. A medical abortion is available up to the 9th week. Not "within 3 months" of the pregnancy. Yes it can cause damage to the fetus and the placenta since it causes bleeding and cramps. The dosage you took should not be enough to abort though. So you need to get yourself to a doctor to see if something has happened and hear what the doctor have to say about any possible future risks. At this point only a doctor can guess what will happen after birth.

Orally it's used for treatment for ulcers but it can also be used orally but I think that entails more pills. It all depends on what kind of pills you have and as long as you have the right dose there is no mixing - it's either vaginally or orally.
