He must be able to communicate, encouraging peole to work harmoniously with each other. He also must be able to know his men, their character, and their capabilities to perform; keep them always inform; set an example; be sure that a given task is understood, supervised and accomplished. As a manager he must also train his men to work as a team.

In my organization, career development strategies include providing employees with training and development opportunities, offering mentorship programs, promoting from within, and facilitating goal-setting and career planning discussions to help employees progress in their careers. Employees are encouraged to take on challenging assignments, seek feedback, and actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and advance in their careers.
A Management Information System (MIS) is a system that helps managers make decisions based on information collected from various sources. In my organization, we use control processes such as budget tracking, performance metrics monitoring, and access controls to ensure effective management. These control processes help maintain efficiency, accountability, and compliance within the organization, ultimately contributing to its overall effectiveness.
