The Treaty of Versailles. But it was not created to end WWI; it was made to prevent another war of that proportion from happening again.
The "war to end all wars" was supposedly what is referred to as the first world war, or WWI. It is obviously not the case that WWI ended wars. This phrase, or something like it, started with H.G. Wells, I believe.

Are you refering to WWI or WWII? If WWI, the treaty of Versailles ended the war and was signed in Versailles. WWII did not have any single treaty that ended the war. you got it!
