Xbox is supposed to have 364 gigabytes and mine only has 300 total and i just got it. does any body know how to get more storage internaly?

Xbox is suppose to start with 364 gigabytes and mine only has 300 gigabytes from the total storage i used and the amount i have left and i just got it. Does anybody know how to increase the amount of storage or know how to get back the gigabytes that i lost.
