Not factual unless it's proven. It seems likely that Michael Jackson used his wealth to get prescription highs, got addicted, and wanted continually more and more. He was being prescribed Percocet (oxycodone), Vicodin, Valium, Ativan (lorazepam), temazepam, clonazepam, trazodone, tizanidine, and so on... He was most likely his own victim. For now his doctors are considered not guilty, at least until, or unless, it's proven otherwise. (Considered innocent until or unless proven guilty.) (Aug 24, 2009, Update) -- The Coronors Preliminary Report classifies his death as a "homicide". It indicates that he seems to have died of what they're calling an "overdose" of an anesthetic (propofol), given either through IV or injected, the effects of which were potentiated by other medications (Valium, Ativan, and Versed) administered by the same doctor that same day, possibly aggravated by various residual narcotics still present in his body from previous days. The doctor named was Conrad Murray, who was said to be paid $150,000.00 monthly for his services as Michael Jackson's personal, in-house doctor. He claims that Michael Jackson begged him to administer the propofol. In addition to the medications prescribed by Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson also had prescriptions written by doctors Arnold Klein, Allan Metzger, and also physicians in Germany. His doctor(s) had been administering propofol to him for 6 weeks or so, supposedly to treat his "insomnia". Propofol, being an anesthetic, could have stopped his breathing, which is why it's supposed to be used in a hospital under constant medical supervision. So it's still possible that one of his doctors may be charged with negligent homicide or malpractice or some lesser charge. At the time I'm writing this, neither the legal authorities nor the media have considered this case closed yet. Time will tell...
Its just a conspiracy, I personally think that there was no foul play.
Is there any reason to suspect foul play?
His cause of death being foul play is improbable.
