You are 11 you know you are not supposed to be embarrassed by bed wetting but you are what can you do to stop or not be embarrassed?

i wet the bed until i was fourteen so i can see why your embarrased. first off talk to your parents. it may not sound like an ideal conversation but it always helps to let your parents know. i had to wear those nighttime underwear and that works wonders. as far as being embarrased theres no need it wont ake you feel any better and it will enterfere with your childhood. i found out when i was fourteen i had a bladder conition where the stem grew crooked to my bladder and that was why i did it. i hope that's not your case but if it is don't worry it doesnt hurt its just annoying. seeing a therapist can help to. sometimes its phsycological and you don't even know why it happens. that was my uncles case. as far as stopping all together try to keep from drinking before you go to bed or try to go before you lie down hope it all works out!
