Your cup size is a C.
Calculating your bra size
Subtract your band measurement from your cup measurement . Generally, for each inch in difference, the cup goes up by one size. Example: Step 1: 34" under measurement +4" = 38" band
Step 2: 40" over measurement
Step 3: 40" - 38" = 2" or Cup "B"
Your size would be 38B
You are a 34 band with a 31 bust: a 3 inch difference making you a C cup.
Depends on your band size.
The letter in a bra size (in this case C) refers to the cup size. The number is the band size, which is usually the ribcage measurement rounded to the nearest even number. Someone who wears a C cup bra will usually have a bust measurement around 3 inches bigger than their ribcage measurement, so a 32C for example has an underbust of 32 inches and a bust of 35 inches.
my daughter is the same size but she wears a 28 bra but i would like to kno win A cup, what would it be
An A cup bust is usually one inch bigger than the ribcage, for example a 32A will be around 33 inches. The number is the "band size" or "back size," and refers to the size of your frame excluding your breasts. The correct band size will usually be your underbust/ribcage measurement rounded to the nearest even number, for example if your underbust measures 33 inches you will most likely need a 34. The cup size is represented by a letter, and this is relative to the band size so if you currently fill a 36C but you need a 34 band, then a 34C will be too small. You will need to try a 34D - go up one cup size for every band size that you go down.
"DDD" is not directly a measurement of size, but rather the cup of the bra compared to the under-bust (or ribcage) measurement. It is equivalent to a UK size "E" or European "F". The weight would depend on the individual. The difference between "band" and "bust" for DDD is about 6 inches, while it would designate a European cup size of 22-24 cm. (see related link)
In terms of bra sizes a 40C means that the cup size of the woman's but is a C cup and her band size (area below the bust) is a 40 which makes her size a 40C.
A 34B sized bra means that you have a circumference of 34 inches around your bust and a size B means that you have a cup size of about 1 ½ - 2 ½ inches
Rather than guessing at the size, get a tape measure. You will take two measurements. First measure under the bust over the ribcage. This figure is the band size. Next measure the widest part of the bust. The difference in these two measurements is the cup size. If it is two inches or less, then go buy a stretch bra in the band size. More than two inches becomes cup sizes. For a complete sizing tutorial go to www.OneHanesPlace.com. It's not the age, it's the physical proportions. or..... it just depend on your boobies. 32A to 34A or 36A in kids....
A 28A bra would normally fit a ribcage measurement of 28 inches or just under, and a bust measurement of around 29 inches. The number is the "band size" or "back size," and refers to the size of your frame excluding your breasts. The correct band size will usually be your underbust/ribcage measurement rounded to the nearest even number, for example if your underbust measures 33 inches you will most likely need a 34. The cup size is represented by a letter, and this is relative to the band size so if for example you currently fill a 30A but you need a 28" band, then a 28A will be too small. You will need to try a 28B - go up one cup size for every band size that you go down.
No! 34's have a larger band and the cup may be slightly bigger. 32Ds have a smaller band. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- theyre not when youre measuring for a bra, you take the measurement around your chest *(under your bust) and if its even, add two inches, if its odd add three inches. then take the measurement of around your actual bust and subract that from the before measurement. if its two inches difference, its A, three, B, four, C...etc. so 32D would be the measurements of: -Under bust: 30in -Bust: 36in and 34C would be the measurements of: -Under bust: 32in -Bust: 37in therefore, the actual breasts are not the same size -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 34d is bigger than 34c. simples.
g cup
A C cup means that the measurement of the bust at its fullest point is 3inches from the measurement at the ribcage, where the bra's band normally sits. A cup=1inch, B cup= 2 inches, ect.
