Excersise...I know its hard, but that will help the most! You can do it~
Skip the high sugar, high calorie foods and for the healthy choice.
Drink lots of water, no soda.
Go for walks...if you are embaressed, then run in place in your room with the radio on. Dance, for an hour...then each week add time to help.
When the family is sitting in front of the TV eating bad food...go to your room and exercise some more.
What ever you do dont skip meals...it wont help, trust me, been there done that.
Eat healthy and excerise!

Hi Hun,I once weighed 220 pounds I was 11!I'm 12 now and I weigh.....108 pounds so I'll tell u how I got here:)I ate what I've always eatin I but just less!:)Don't lose the taste just lose some of the amount:)Also exercise!Start out small like a 20 min. walk then work your way up to running for an hour OR more!:)What whoever wrote in before me is good advice as well!:)Plus u getting healthier might motavate your family!:)You might be 12 but you ARE capable of do anything u set your mind too!:)If I can do it anyone can do it!=]Good luck and remember whenever u want food think about what it will be like to be smaller:)Don't starve yourself but don't over eat!=]
