what you have to do if you're 13 or 14 and you like a girl who's older than you:

~well, I'll tell you something that's true, a mature girl wants a mature relationship, meaning she wants mature partner, so most probably she would want a partner who's older than her... but don't get sad if you're younger than the girl you like, all you have to do is show that you're serious on her and not just playing around, treat her like you're much older than her(be mature). When talking to her, talk about things that she's interested with and not with those you are interested in. Respect all of her decisions.

Be a man! if you like her then tell her PERSONALLY!!! coz if you don't or if you do but just in text or something, she'll be discourage of taking you seriously. Be yourself... girls don't like a man who's acting different to others and different to them; i.e. when you're with your friends you act like a jerk or stupid, then when you're with her you act like an angel fell from the sky, that would just give an idea to the girl that you're not showing off your true colors yet... therefore, they won't take you seriously... and last to remember, if you're saying something to the girl which is about your affection to her, make an eye to eye contact, this would help you made her think that you're really serious...^_^

You don't do anything. You wait until you are old enough to marry to even think of dating. But, I would consider being friends for now, because later on, she might like you back when you are 18 and you are old enough to date.
