You are a child. You are nowhere near ready to become a mother. You still have a few more years when your main job is to take care of yourself. Learn to be really good at that before taking on total responsibility for another person.
Meanwhile, first try taking care of a pet for a while. Then go volunteer at the hospital. Keep your grades up, too. You still won't be as busy as you'd be with a baby, and you'll still get some time to yourself (which you won't have with a baby), but it's a start.
Plus, its interesting to me that you think you're mature enough to have a baby, but you don't know that having sex is the *only* way to get pregnant. Sure, there is artificial insemination, but there is no way they would put a 13 year old through that operation.
